Dear Messrs. Chylinski and Goldbogen:

Your paper ... in its present form is not acceptable for the
special issue on representation of the Artificial Intelligence Journal
for the following reasons:

	1. It does not state what issues concerning the representation of
information in computers it proposes to deal with. In fact, it looks like
your wrote it without the issue in mind and then submitted it as an afterthought.

	2. It doesn't state what class of facts about graphs it can accept.

	3. It doesn't give enough idea of what its output is.

	4. Some examples of sentences treated and the resulting output would
help but would not substitute for remedying the above deficiencies.

Are you interested in trying to put your paper into a form that
will be acceptable for the special issue?
If so, we will be glad to correspond further.

					Sincerely yours,

					John McCarthy
